Half a lettuce, cut finely
Half a small white cabbage, finely sliced.
2-3 tomatoes chopped
Half a cucumber, skin removed and slices
Black olives (stone removed)
Extra virgin olive oil
Juice of a fresh lemon
Pinch of salt
100g crumbled Feta cheese
