- Ground beef500g
- Saltas per taste
- Paprika powder1/2 teaspoon
- Cinnamonas per taste
- Parsleya bunch chopped (leave some for garnishing)
- White Onion1 finely chopped
- Red Onion1 sliced
- Olive oil(enough for shallow frying)
- Tahini1 cup
- Orange juice1/2 cup
- Lemon juice1/4 cup
- Blossom water1/2 teaspoon

Presenting you a dunk-in-bread good gravy; Kafta with Tahina.
Instructions:
Take a bowl, add meat, season it with salt, paprika, cinnamon, chopped parsley, and white onion. With hands give it a good mix and make small cutlets. In a pan, heat the oil and shallow fry these meat cutlets until half done, then keep aside. In a bowl add tahini, orange juice, lemon juice, blossom water, water, and salt. Mix it all well. In another pan, add olive oil and sliced red onion. Once the onions are slightly transparent, add the tahini mixture and cook until thick. Pour the tahini mixture on the cutlets, cook for 15 minutes on low heat. Once the oil comes on top, you can plate it out and garnish it with parsley.
