Instructions:
Saute chopped onion in olive oil. Add the minced beef to the onions and keep stirring until the beef picks on a color. Then, add flour, tomato paste, kidney beans, corn, and beef stock to the pan. Stir well and let it cook. Season it with salt, paprika, cumin, ginger powder, chili, coriander, and a bit of oregano. Let it simmer for 15 minutes. Pour in a bowl, with some sour cream, black pepper, and spring onion on top. Serve while hot!
