In today’s episode, Chef Intissar is preparing a traditional dish that is the best way of serving green beans. Aliya (@makeuppbyalyy), a creative makeup artist and influencer, is helping our chef while they make this splendid vegetable platter.
One of the most popular dishes of the Middle East that is light and delicious; Loubye bi Zeit.
Instructions:
In a pan, add oil and saute the chopped onions and minced garlic until translucent. Then, add the green beans to the mixture and stir. Dilute the tomato paste in water and keep it aside. In a pot of boiling water, add some olive oil and rice. Put some salt as per taste and let it cook until the rice gets fluffy. Meanwhile, once the beans have been cooking for 15 minutes, add the diced tomatoes and mix well. Spice up the beans with some seasonings; paprika, salt, pepper, and seven spices. Pour in the tomato sauce and give it a good stir. On a plate, prepare a bed of rice, add the saucy beans mixture and garnish with parsley!
