Directions:

On a bed of rice cake, spread a layer of cream cheese. Place smoked salmon on top. Season with salt and black pepper. Bite into the heavenly combination.

Directions:

Make eggs of your choice; fried, omelette, or boiled. On a bed of rice cake place steamed spinach and top with the eggs. Spice it up with salt, pepper and paprika. Garnish with basil if needed and enjoy!
