This simple, easy to make raspberry acai chia oats is a handy meal on the run, whether it’s breakfast, snack or a healthy dessert. Prepare the night before and take it to work.
Directions:
- In a medium size bowl combine raspberry puree, acai puree , honey and milk.
- In a jar add oats, salt, cinnamon and chia seeds.
- Pour the raspberry puree mixture into the jar.
- Cover the jar with a lid and give it a good shake until everything is well combined.
- Refrigerate overnight or for 3 hours
- Garnish with more berries and chia seeds
