- ½ large ripe avocado (peeled and stone removed)
- 1 ½ teacups of the milk of your choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (not in stock)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (agave or rice syrup)
This easy recipe makes a super creamy green smoothie. Avocado is cholesterol -free and contains an amazing 20 vitamins and minerals including potassium and Vitamin B. If you are vegan this smoothie can be made with non-dairy milk and if you are on the Keto Diet you can use a Keto friendly milk and Stevia as the sweetener.
Put all the ingredients into the blender, fasten the lid securely and purée for up to one minute. To ring the changes, add frozen blueberries, cherries, strawberries, banana or chopped pineapple
