Directions:

  • Marinate the chicken with the five spices, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken in a pan for 8 minutes or until cooked through. Set aside to cool down.
  • Shred the Chinese cabbage, and red cabbage. Cut the carrots and cucumbers into strips. Slice the spring onion. Peel and cut the oranges. Add all to a bowl along with chopped coriander.
  • For the dressing, whisk together mayonnaise, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, olive oil, and finely chopped ginger.
  • Shred the chicken. Toss the salad, sesame seeds, and the chicken together. Drizzle the dressing all over and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
