Bananas are one of the best fruit sources of vitamin B6 that is easily absorbed in your body and produces red blood cells, metabolizes carbohydrates and fats, turning them into energy to keep you on the go at all times. Next in our box, we have these delightfully sweet organic cherry tomatoes that are packed with Vitamin A, C, E, and potassium that can either be tossed in a salad or even slightly roasted with that juicy steak!

We said we’ve got it all and as promised our Food Crowd Box is full of fruits as well like strawberries, grapes, apples, tomatoes, oranges, and pomegranate that are a hoot to that health boost that provides you with high levels of antioxidants reducing the risk of developing heart disease. Daily Vitamin C intake is mandatory for radiant skin therefore oranges are there to keep your skin hydrated and plump it up. Eat that unpeeled apple packed with Vitamins A and C that cater to a host of skin issues. Apple peel is your secret to youthful skin. While apple turns you into NEWton, banana is there for your inner monkey. This easy to peel and not at all messy fruit consists of antioxidant and antimicrobial properties along with Vitamin A, C K, E, folate, and minerals to make an effective improvement in your skin health.

Fun Fact: Did you know berries are the most low-caloric fruit you can have? Use it in your Ketogenic Diet for some wonderful desserts! We are surely going bananas over these freshly picked fruits in our box.

While fruits are food for the soul, vegetables are surely here to stay!

The Food Crowd Box Broc’n’rolls with broccoli, which is loaded with a wide array of nutrients, minerals, vitamins, fiber, and other bioactive compounds that may aid blood sugar control and also promote digestion for you to feel lighter throughout the day. Capsicum is extremely high in vitamin C which is essential for many processes in the body including immune function, wound healing, and the synthesis of collagen. So next time you get hurt, eat capsicum for natural healing! This green goodness also helps with better vision, prevents anemia so you become Iron Man, and boost your immunity. Some avocado for that holy guacamole. Although most of the calories in an avocado come from fat, don’t shy away! Avocados are full of healthy, beneficial fats that help to keep your tummy full and satisfied. When you consume fat, your brain receives a signal to switch off your appetite.

Now let’s squash that butternut! Butternut Squash is not only healthy but also makes your tastebuds very happy! This orange-fleshed winter buddy is widely known for its wholesome minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and zinc. It is low in calories but loaded with nutrients and is a great addition in sweet and savory recipes.

UAE’s very own food blogger and TikTok star Abdul Aziz also known through his personal blog; azlife.ae happens to be a magnificent chef as we all know it. His love for food has no boundaries so we sent him our Food Crowd Box for him to experiment his cooking skills with some of our ingredients.

Azlife prepares an exciting yet healthy Chicken and Veggie Casserole for you to enjoy with your family, friends, or even in your happy me-time while watching your favorite show.

Find your inner chef with this wholesome recipe where taste is not compromised at all! And when we say this, we really mean it. Let’s get started!

Preparation:

Let your pan heat up on a medium to low heat, add in your chopped onions, can you hear them sizzle? Just when your onions have picked on a beautiful golden-brown colorthen add in the chicken breast cubes and mix until it changes color from pink to white.

While you play around with  Clucky Cluckerson for it to turn white, get hold of another pot, add in water and bring it to boil, toss in your broc’n’rolls (broccoli) and let them boil until soft or you know you can steam them too.

Now it’s time for our favorite part, lets throw in some spices in your pan and get that chicken all saucy! Add pepper, salt, paprika, and turmeric, then swirl around that pan (not really). Mix it all well and watch that lovely red color pop out.

Let’s do some magic with Maggie Chicken Stock Cube and mix until it dissolves. Toss in those chopped tomatoes and mix until it turns into a slightly thick sauce.

How about some crunch to this recipe? Throw in that finely sliced capsicum, cherry tomatoes, and steamed/boiled broccoli florets. Plate it out and Voila! It’s spicy and yummy and good for your tummy.

Enjoy and light up your taste buds! Have it as it is or with rice of your choice because don’t we all just love carbs.
