Perfectly cooked beef strips with a creamy sauce are the need of your iftar platters; Beef Stroganoff.

Instructions:

In a pan, pour in some olive oil and let it heat for a few seconds before adding the steak. Cook and flip the steak until it turns brown. In another pan, add the onion and garlic and fry them until they turn transparent and fragrant. Then, add mushrooms, Dijon Mustard, flour, chicken stock, and worchestershire sauce to the mixture. Pour in some cooking cream to thicken the texture. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Serve with boiled rice.

 

Garnish with parsley or spring onions to give it a boost of flavors!
