A classic Italian no-bake dessert with layers of ladyfingers drenched in coffee and incredible mascarpone topping; Tiramisu.

Instructions:

Mix coffee with some hot water and keep it aside. Add powdered sugar to the whipping cream and beat it until thick and fluffy. Mix the mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract into the whipping cream. Fold it until it is creamy.  Dip the ladyfingers in brewed coffee and set them on the base of the dish one by one. Add a layer of the cream and cheese mixture. Repeat this step thrice. Refrigerate for 15 mins. Garnish the chilled dessert with some cocoa powder and serve.

For our coffee lovers, add an extra teaspoon of coffee to the water for a stronger taste!
