In today’s episode, Chef Um Rashid along with Ines Noor (@noussa.nour), a lifestyle mom blogger, is cooking a combination of rice and chicken folded in a creamy sauce.

Instructions:
In a small pot, heat some oil and saute onions until transparent. Then add in the chicken and cook until it turns slightly white. Throw in some mushrooms and bell peppers to the mix. Saute all for 2 minutes and then pour in the cooking cream. Season it with seven spices and a pinch of salt. Cook for a while and keep aside when thick enough. In another pot, add rice to boiling water. Once the rice is fluffed up, drain it and add it to the chicken sauce. Pour a tablespoon of food color on the bed of bed, put the lid on, and let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Remove the lid and give the rice a good mix. Plate it out and garnish it with dry pomegranate. Serve hot.
