Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients needed for the crumble and put them in the refrigerator for the butter to stay intact. In another bowl mix all the ingredients for an apple sauce and combine well together. Pour it over the sliced apples and mix well. In a ramekin add a thin layer of the apple sauce and top it up with the crumble. Put in a pre-heated oven for 5-10 minutes at 150° or until the crumble is golden brown. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream or as it is.
