In today’s episode, Lady Spatula, along with Zahrah a mom-influencer, popularly known as Being_Foodie is here to make your life a little sweet with a dessert that overrules all the others.

Experience joy with this easy-to-make Arabic dessert; Mhalabiyeh.

Instructions:

In a pot add milk, sugar, cornstarch and stir well. Put the pot on the stove at low-medium heat. Cook until it thickens. The trick to have the perfect texture is to dip a wooden spoon in the mixture, take it out, draw a line on the spoon with a finger, if the line stays, the milk has come to the perfect creamy texture we are looking for. To milk, add vanilla essence, orange blossom, and rose water and give it a good mix. Pour the mixture into a bowl, garnish with pistachio and refrigerate.

Fragrant milk pudding with a pleasant flavor is ready to be served!
