Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C
- In a large bowl combine eggs, sugar and vanilla essence. Whisk until the sugar dissolves
- Using a sieve gently add all the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, baking soda) in the bowl.
- Carefully add the milk and applesauce in the bowl and mix it.
- In a 8×8” baking pan lined with parchment paper carefully pour the cake batter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.

- In a blender combine vanilla protein milkshake, bananas and maple syrup.
- Blend for 5 minutes until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

Directions:
- In a blender add the bananas and blend on low.
- In a medium size bowl, combine the banana puree, egg, protein powder, and cinnamon. Mix for 2-3 minutes.
- Heat a saucepan over medium flame.
- Spray the pan with olive oil. Pour 1/4th cup of the batter.
- When the pancake starts to bubble, flip over.
- Repeat with the rest of the batter.
- Serve with maple syrup and your choice of fruits.
Almond Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Healthy and delicious sound odd together, but we have successfully managed to make them go along. These energy bombs filled with nutty butter and coated in chocolate are pure heaven.
Directions:
- In a small bowl combine dark chocolate and honey. Microwave it for a minute or until the chocolate has melted.
- In a separate medium size bowl combine peanut butter, almond protein powder, honey and vanilla essence. Mix it well.
- Then make small dough balls from the batter and carefully place on a parchment paper. Freeze for 10-20 minutes.
- Once they settle, insert a toothpick into the dough balls and carefully dip into the melted chocolate.
- Once again place coated balls on parchment paper and place it in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Take them out from the freezer and serve as a snack or dessert.
Strawberry Protein Oats
A bowl of fluffy oats loaded with nutrients from the protein powder is a great kick start to your lazy mornings.
Directions:
- Boil milk in a small saucepan over medium flame.
- Once the milk starts to boil gently pour in the rolled oats and let it cook for 5 minutes over low flame.
- Remove the saucepan from the stove and add the cooked oats to a bowl

Cinnamon Protein Mug Cake

Directions:

- In a separate bowl combine egg and coconut oil.
- Gently add the almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon and sugar in the bowl. Whisk until combined well.
- In a microwave safe mug pour in the cake batter and microwave it for 80-90 seconds.
- Gently take the mug out of the microwave and pour the cinnamon drizzle.
- Serve and enjoy.
