In today’s episode, Chef Aly is bringing a Lebanese touch to our iftar tables, and along with him we have Max, a renowned food photographer and content creator famously known as foodphotodubai.
Bringing you a traditional dish all the way from the South of Lebanon to add flavour to your Ramadan; Loubyeh.
Instructions:
In a pot of boiling water, sprinkle salt and add beans. In a separate pot, pour in some olive oil and fry the sliced onions until slightly golden . While it cooks, strain the beans, and pour water on it for it to cool down. Squeeze out all the water from the beans and put them in another bowl. Add a tablespoon of minced garlic to the fried onions and add the beans too. Combine everything well. Plate it out, sprinkle some fried onion and squeeze lemon on top for the a kick!
