A ramadan without spring rolls is incomplete! Here is a recipe to make your iftar as cheesy as it can get with Cheese Spring Roll.
1 cup Mozzarella
1 tablespoon Crème Cheese
2 tablespoon Labneh
1 cup Feta Cheese
2-3 cups Oil
In a bowl mix all the delicious cheese; mozzarella, crème cheese, labneh, and feta cheese. On the side chop some parsley and add to the cheese mix and combine well. Take each roll sheet, add a tablespoon of the cheese mix, roll it up, spread a thin layer of water with your fingertip at the end to secure it. Dip in hot oil, fry until golden brown, and serve hot. Be prepared for the cheesy stretch, Yum!
