Bringing you one-pot spiced rice with the essence of all the fiery spices; Spiced Rice with Minced Beef
Pour in some vegetable oil in a pot and bring to heat. Add the beef to the hot oil and stir for 2 minutes. Combine in the pinenuts and saute for a while. Sprinkle in all your spices, add frozen veggies and uncooked rice. Pour in water, give it a good stir and bring to boil. Cover with lid and let cook for about 15 minutes on medium heat. Once done remove the lid and fluff up the rice. Serve with yogurt.
