Instructions:
In a pot add olive oil and bring to heat. When you see bubbles appearing, add the chopped onions and let them sizzle for a while. Sprinkle all your spices and mix until they give color to your onions. Then add the potato cubes and lentils to the spicy mix and combine them well. Squeeze out some lemon juice and pour it into the mixture. Remove the pot from the heat and with the help of a hand blender create a creamy mixture of all the ingredients. Put it back on the heat and give it a good mix with a spatula. Serve with pita chips for a satisfying crunch!
