A creamy dessert with the perfect texture and sweetness to satisfy your sweet tooth this Ramadan; Rice Pudding.
Instructions:
Boil 1/2 a cup of rice. Meanwhile, in another pot bring milk to boil and cook on low heat. The trick to this recipe is to keep stirring. On a butter paper, put a few pieces of mastic and a teaspoon of sugar. Press it with the help of a wooden rolling pin so it turns into powder. Once the milk is thick, add sugar and mastic. Remove the milk mixture from heat and as you keep stirring, add blossom water and rose water. Fill a bowl with this creamy pudding and garnish it with crushed pistachios.
You can add your choice of nuts to this tempting dessert to make it even richer!
