Presenting you a dunk-in-bread good gravy; Kafta with Tahina.
Take a bowl, add meat, season it with salt, paprika, cinnamon, chopped parsley, and white onion. With hands give it a good mix and make small cutlets. In a pan, heat the oil and shallow fry these meat cutlets until half done, then keep aside. In a bowl add tahini, orange juice, lemon juice, blossom water, water, and salt. Mix it all well. In another pan, add olive oil and sliced red onion. Once the onions are slightly transparent, add the tahini mixture and cook until thick. Pour the tahini mixture on the cutlets, cook for 15 minutes on low heat. Once the oil comes on top, you can plate it out and garnish it with parsley.
