In today’s episode, Chef Intissar along with Hinda (@a_hinda), is making a delicious pie that is loved by all, especially kids!
An appealing savory for the chicken enthusiasts this Ramadan; Chicken Pie.
Pour some olive oil into a pan and add the chicken, onions, and mushroom and let it cook. Then, add oregano, basil, paprika, salt, pepper and cooking cream. Saute it until thick. Stuff this mixture into the puff pastry sheets. Wrap and shape the sheets as a triangle. Place them in baking tray and give each an egg wash. Bake the pie for 30 mins until it turns golden. Plate it and enjoy it hot!
Have it as it is or serve with your choice of sauce.
